FIL supply cut, Aero expansion and daily entry tests

Filecoin’s issuance cut leads this week’s calendar, followed by Aero’s expansion and Elysium’s targeted mainnet launch. Bitcoin fell 3.2% over seven days, while Ether lost 7% and the market excluding Bitcoin fell 6%. Rising Bitcoin dominance limits the backdrop for fresh token demand. AERO and KNTQ offer conditional long plans, while FIL and SEI need clear failures to justify bearish entries.

Buy only after $0.9286 holds again

The October 21 merge and seven-chain launch could attract more liquidity and trading activity. AERO represents the unified platform, making it the focus for the AERO/VELO event. Earlier announcements and its 56% monthly gain may limit fresh buying, although it outpaced the AMM sector’s 23% rise. At $0.9017, wait for a reclaim and retest that holds $0.9286 before entering long toward $1.28. A completed daily close below $0.9286 cancels the entry. A sustained move beyond $1.28 opens $1.57 over coming weeks. Alternatively, a failed reclaim of $0.9286 supports a short toward $0.6094, then $0.5699, canceled by a daily close above the retested level.

Elysium targets mainnet by October 20 after its four-week public test, with delivery depending on that test. The launch could renew interest in Kinetiq, but fresh KNTQ demand remains uncertain. The announcement is several weeks old, and KNTQ’s 75% monthly gain exceeds its sector’s 35% rise despite the weak broader market. From $0.3575, favor a long only after $0.3769 breaks and a retest holds it as support. Target $0.4521; a completed daily close below $0.3769 invalidates the entry. Alternatively, a failed reclaim of $0.3769 supports a short toward $0.2708, then $0.2409, canceled by a daily close above $0.3769.

Wait for a failed $1.23 reclaim

The October 15 vesting end cuts gross issuance roughly 75%, potentially reducing selling pressure. This favors upside, but the long-standing announcement and FIL’s 51% monthly rise may limit fresh attention. FIL also outpaced the storage sector’s 18% gain despite broad market weakness. Holding $1.23 opens $1.32, leaving little room for a new long. Instead, consider a short near $1.23 only after a failed reclaim confirms resistance, targeting $0.8584, then $0.7689. A completed daily close above the retested $1.23 cancels it. Alternatively, a successful $1.23 support retest restores the bullish path toward $1.32, with $3.87 a distant longer-term zone.

Short below $0.0758, watch for recovery

The staked SEI ETF filing is set to become effective October 23. Fresh demand depends on subsequent investor flows. The several-week-old announcement and SEI’s 54% monthly rise, versus its sector’s 38%, may limit the initial response. Its 4.2% weekly decline leaves near-term evidence mixed. At $0.0690, a short can target $0.0516, then $0.0446; a completed daily close above $0.0758 invalidates it. That resistance decides whether recovery strengthens. Alternatively, a break and support retest of $0.0758 opens $0.0795, then $0.0864, with $0.1522 a longer-term zone, but the nearby first level leaves little room for a new long.
